Trampoline workout (plyometrics)

I recently have had quadriceps issues/knee problems and have been in physical therapy for the past month. The pain has been gone for a week and we have been working on building strength back into my legs. First, we began isolated calf raises (self balancing) and other stuff. Now we are working on the trampoline trying to work on the mechanics of my jumping (basketball) via kinetic/potential energy exchange. When I wake up in the morning my legs freaking KILL!!! Inner thigh, Quads, Hammies, but not my lower legs though??? The electrostimulus after the workouts does help though.

My question is, should I really be this sore after working sets (tuck jumps, barbie toe, ankle lifts, weight shifting) on the trampoline? Before the injury I was playing bball twice a week in a league (30-40 min's a game) and running 5 miles a day at the least.

I've used my trampoline to warm up every single day for the past two years, I love it.

you use something like 30% more energy running on a trampoline than on the ground it has the same effect as sand. couture uses a trampoline gym it like wall to wall trampolines

Trampolines are good.

Bouncy castles are great.
