Training while sick

i am feeling pretty bad, got a cold and runny nose, but i have to lose another 2-3 pounds to compete on sunday.

Any ideas on what i should do in this situation?

Just take a laxitive, you're going to be running to the restroom if you're sick more than likely anyway

And it will definately get you to drop those extra couple pounds

Sick or weak from training too much?

If its below the neck don't train, above the neck work it out of your system, but that said I wouldn't fight anything full contact and expect to win if your ill. Maybe for the experience if anything

I don't think it's from training, my friend had a cold, and the weathers been really bad, and i just got a cold.

It's a sub wrestling competition, and from previous experiences from being sick, i should be 100% by sunday, just needed advice on losing the weight in this state.

work out. i do it all the time when i'm sick. it actually helps me feel better. after a good workout, i crawl under my covers and wake up refreshed.
