Training for a muay thai fighter

Ok guys...first to introduce myself,i ve been training and fighting for a couple of years, had some amateur and some pro bouts.I decided that i REALLY want to take my conditioning to another level so i wanna hear different opinions.
My muay thai training is on monday, wednesday and friday at 21:00.
I was thinking about a light jogging early in the morning on those days when i have muay thai and some interval running and or kettlebell on the other days.
So i wanna what to do,when to do it,when to rest etc...
I have a kettlebell and a pull-up bar at home and a park near me,which is great to run...uphill,downhill,flat surface....
My next fight coming up will probably be amateur tournament 3x2 minute bouts, couple of bouts during the day,its in about month and a half..
tnx in advance
