I've tried that with a wobble board, but he makes a balance ball look easy. LOL@ all the guys who say balance balls are for women. These are the same guys that can't stand up on a side-to-side balance board.

I must have watched the first 3 seconds 10 times to try and figure out how he gets upright so easy.

Thanks. He looked like a lumberjack chopping down a big white tree in that MT video; nice jumping roundhouse in Kyokushin tourney.. Godamn I wish there was a KK dojo in my area...one of the finer TMAs, IMO.
