Is training 6 hours a week good?

thats the maximum amount of classes i can take in my place. there open 5 days a week and i take 4 classes the first 4 days and 2 classes on friday. will my conditioning and everything else improve with this amount of time on the mat, we do warmups, techinique, then rolling.

Sure that's better than doing nothing. You can always run or something off the side to help improve conditioning.

MMA or grappling based?

Do more outside of the structured training, get the best out of what you pay for then

Look up somethign called barbell complexes and do them outside of the training.

Try and get fit enough so that those sessions, while being challanging, are more working the skill element, then you being so fucked you're just trying to survive
