tower 200 from body by jake reviews?

does any one no any thing about this product i am thinking about getting it because some weeks i can only find 2 days to go to the gym and i am going to be working alot more now and need to get alittle stronger.

any thing you no about it good or bad

Don't waste your money. Buy a 300lb Oly sized weight set and read the S&P FAQ and conditioning FAQ, about 3 times for each one.

for increasing strength you should use free weights and perform compound muscle movements

The fact that the narrator in the advertisement talks in a New Jersey accent and is clearly a guido(tells me to "be the boss") is enough for me to never even consider going near their product.

I was wondering the same thing because I might have to get rid of my weight set but if it is junk I would probably be better getting a gym membership.

if thats all you can do, anything is better than no workout at all. BUT INSTEAD, check out Ross Enamaits book "never gymless". chock full o' goodness.

I bought one and i like it just for a quick workout in the morning when I wake up. You can do a ton of exercises with it and its not that expensive for what it does. Now its not like a ton weight for bulking up. I like it for more high rep type usage.
