total gyms for boxing

ive been lifing free weights for boxing and got awsome results, but i saw the total gym by chuck norris and was wondering if it would be better any help would be apreciated , thanks

No, just stick with free weights.

i used the total gym for a couple months, didnt work real well at all imo, you really cant do to many things on it, i got better results from doing pushups and freeweights, i got mine for free from my girlfriends dad, but i dont think that it is worth the money at all

ithink the torso twists are one good exercise you can get out of it. But you can also do that whit an inclined bench and some light weights.

ive got one, i lift 2-3 days a week and box twice a week. I think its a good thing to have around the apartment. I workout on it when im watching tv all the time. Theres some pretty cool stuff you can do on it.

I think you coyld get great results from the total gym, just attach a rope to it and go out for a run dragging it behind you. You could also overhead press it or try to throw it for distance. Other than that I'd stick with your barbell.
