Tools Of Choice

I want to buy a new toy for my grappling conditioning and i'm stuck between sandbags and a sled ... both have their benefits ... My question is which one is more useful and/or sport specific?

Finn says a sandbag improved his conditioning in grappling untold amounts. I'd go with that, for as great as sleds are (and sled pushing and dragging is AWESOME) I think sandbags are more versatile and specific to what you're looking for.

Sandbag get-ups are a favorite "goofy shit" exercise of mine, and for extra volume on my leg days nothing hits the posterior chain like carrying a sandbag up stairs. Luckily I have access to a HUGE rocket test stand, so I can go up a flight, drop the bag, shoulder it on the opposite side, and repeat until everything from my calves to my shoulders hurts and my heart feels like it's gonna explode.

Actually my doctor likes high reps, which only further exemplifies her inexperience with people who train and have my condition since high reps, circuits, and conditioning do FAR worse things to my vitals than heavy lifting.
