This will help you. Buy this book.

Also...read the FAQ's here, on the S&P Forum and D&S. There's alot of info in there to help you out. Oh yeah, one more thing...

EAT.

You can also try a clean weight gainer. But the main thing is taking a large amount of "clean" calories in as to not gain fat. Make sure you are getting enought protein and weight lift dont worry about cardio maybe twice a week and just a walk at a incline for no more then 20 minutes to start see how your body reacts to the extra calories if you are putting on fat check what you are eating and adjust cardio.

Eat a lot of protein. And a lot of carbs. And a lot of fat. Read the FAQ in the S&P forum and start lifting weights.

Strength and power, T-nation articles, periodization, and about a 8 month's focus would do you wonders if you're anything like me. After the 8 months you'll never go back to being unhealthy .

If you're already active in the gym, keep it up. Eat lots of clean calories. like 5 meals a day . Keep running, its only gonna help you.
