Time challenge.

When I used to box the training was very intense and we did exercises to time i e shoulder width press ups for a minute. You can rest but obviously the more you rest the less reps and the more time lost. I can do fifty five shoulder width press ups and sixty outside shoulder width. twenty five chin ups (hands facing in) and fifteen pull ups (hands facing out). Obviously this speedy way of doing excercises is not always appropriate so we mixed it up with power training aswell going through the same motion but slow for alot less reps to.

How many of these excercises can you guys and girls do in a minute, name some other useful excercises?

I do this great wrist exercise...

doesn't quite take a minute though...
