Throbbing elbow pain during long sparring sessions

Whenever I do some conditioning practices or do some ground grappling, I feel like theres a shooting throbbin pain from my elbows down. It's not a joint paint and only happens when I'm doing some conditioning or grappling. Never has happened to me during weight lifting, and has happened to me 2nd day in a row. The pain leaves about 30mins later, anyone else getting this ?

I have had horrible elbow pain after bjj, but i think mine was all in the joint. You sure it's not joint pain that is just spreading? G+C has helped a lot. There is sill pain from time to time, but not nearly as bad.

It sounds to me like a radial twist, how to explain... i guess if you could imagen a chinese burn but at a bone level, the Radius and Ulna have been slightly hyperextended and rotated from the elbow.

Massage above the elbow all the way to the wrist when ever possible. And be sure to warm up your joints, elbows and wrists, very well befor training, just circles with the elbows and small circles with the wrist will be enough.
