Thick saliva when fatigued..

Hi guys. I've noticed that my saliva gets very thick and my mouth gets really dry when I am exhausted to the point of almost throwing up. Is this something I should be afraid of? or is it normal? Thanks.

I think it has something to do with you breathing through your mouth.

Im pretty sure its normal. I get like that when I work a long ass shift at work and I haven't had a drink in a few hours. Your probably dehydrated or really thirsty or something man.

You need to drink more water. You're probably pushing yourself very hard and not drinking enough liquids to keep from getting dehydrated.

It's the water intake combined with breathing through your mouth all the time. At least it was for me... Throwing up kicks ass, though. For me it's the greatest feeling when I push so hard that I have to puke.

Haha nice. Throwing up sucks man. Its shitty when your on a run and like 20 minutes from home, and you throw up really good on the side of the road, then have to finish your run home so you can throw up there. But what can ya do.
