Could you be more specific as to where and what your are feeling? Tendonitis is a catchall term for a lot of different places. In general though, and this comes for working in an orthopedic clinic for 8 years- Rest, anti-inflammatories (ibuprofen), and proper stretching. Don't try to come back from a long layoff like Rocky either, work your way up to it.

Yes, it was about a year ago. I had the same symptoms and progressed much the same this has (same foot and all) back then he gave me pain pills and as well some for inflammation. It is just more painful than it was last time.

Cure for tendinitis = stop running on the treadmill. Run on grass. I have read that treadmills are actually worse than asphalt. Even if that is only remotely true, it should make you want to shy away from them.
Of course, your injury could be the result of you doing the wrong kind of conditioning. For instance, if you are heavy, running may not be the best idea for you until you get to a weight that will be better on your joints.

I have dealt with tendonitis on and off for years.
I just had to change my routine. For example, I cannot do push-ups with my palms on the ground. If I do that it makes my tendonitis go crazy in my wrists. So I have to do my push-ups while holding on to my dumbbells.
The only way I have found to deal with tendonitis is to avoid, as much as possible, anything which aggravates it.
Can you find something else to do instead?

For Achilles, you may try stretches in the shower as well. I have something called Haglund's deformity, and I have to do stretches each day in the shower. I put the stopper in and take very hot showers. Towards the end of the shower, do Achilles stretches and hold for a good while. The hot water loosens the muscle and tendon and mimics a workout, as it heats the muscle up. You will find that you will have more flexibility there, as well as in your hamstrings, since heel cord flexibility effects most of your leg.
That all come from a podiatrist, and it has worked for me, as I have been able to keep my running regimen w/o much pain.
