Taking Shots
Besides senslessly beating myself, what are some good excercises to train my body to take shots (punches, kicks, elbows, knees, w/e). Both physical and mental excercises I need. I was planning on taking Kyokushin Karate (full-contact) and learning this there, but unfortunately the sensei's a fraud so I'm forced to take Goju-Ryu (non-contact). I want to spar with my friends but..yeh, not many will o_-
