Tabata with weights-How much?

I am thinking of doing some tabata training but using weights instead of bodyweight exercises.

The thing is, how many exercises is too much?

Should i do 1, say a front squat, or bench, and then thats it,training over?

Or, could i do maybe 2 exercises with weights and maybe 2 for abs?

Thanks

Try it with barbell thrusters first. Start our VERY light and see how it feels.
