please help me, conditioning issue

okay, so I am fifteen and started training a year ago in the form of sanshou and folkstyle wrestling (along with some jiujitsu). I have never been much of a jock because of a respitory disease but got that out of the way. so, now I have a problem getting in shape. my diet is fine, not top notch, but I get my daily calories, protein, and eat six meals a day. i used to be able to run a six minute mile but have not run for a long time, and even a little bit now gives me a cramp. First question: will that go away as soon as i get in better shape? second: how should I get in shape when this cramp is coming every three minutes I get into a jumprope/running session? thank you all very much.
P.S. I am only willing to do interval hill training.

don't even think about interval work for now. Its commendable that you thought of it though (or you just haven't tried it yet)

Start out slow and build up so you can comfortably do a 7 min mile for 3 or so miles.

If you just got a respitory illness out of the way, you don't want to over exert yourself for a while

Not all of the job. Alternating jump rope and running helps.

Honestly, start slow. Hell, if it hurts to run, go for a long walk everyday for a few weeks then slowly add in a jogs here and there.

Sign up for classes at a gym that teaches a fighting style that appeals to you. You'll learn some technique, get in shape, and get a taste of sparring to see if you want more. I recommend boxing, muay thai, or BJJ.

And stop hijacking threads.
