ROFL. I think standing on one is enough balance for what I'll be doing in the ring, heh.

Jumping from ball to ball? Crazyness. That fall made me laugh though.
I think I'll stick with Skeet and just practice standing.

Wrong. Two different tools in the toolbox, with neither being better than the other....
...But, that gives me an idea. Get a buddy, both of you stand on a swiss ball, and pass a medicine ball back and forth.

Did you just defend the Swiss Ball?
I'm going to pretend that didn't happen.

That has "Short Bus" written all over it.......would make for an interesting Jackass segment though.

Sorry KK, but I'm sticking to my guns on this one. I get slammed all the time by guys that think it's for chicks in a class with 5 pound weights. But then I just challenge those same guys who are squating 3 plates a side to do the same on a swiss ball. Or perhaps do dumbell presses while on a swiss ball; the list could go on. They end up grumbling under their breath and walking away. I used to think the same way, but one a guy realizes just how much it increases the difficulty of a movement, you realize just how valuable it can be.
Same this goes for the BOSU (the half-ball thing). Totally versatile and invaluable for stability, core, and proprioception training, which is obviously essential to martial arts.

Only for those that haven't trained for stability and core strength.

All you need now is a polo shirt, a clipboard, a computer read-out diet plan, and a "24 Hour Fitness" name tag. lol
