Swimming Routine

Hey you guys I was wondering what would be a good swimming routine, for me, its one thing I would rather do than run, its my favorite thing to do in the summer, and now i have access to a Olympic size pool so I wanna start doing something.

Try alternating different swimming styles every lap you do for starters, you could also take the same principle of HIIT to the water and swim a lap really fast then a recovery one then repeat.

Swim 20 laps.. or 10x100m's 5 seconds rest inbetween

then water sprints for 10-15 minutes

kickboard for 20 mins.. use the clock depending on how fast you are .. 1:30 50m intervals, 30 seconds rest inbetween

Finish up with another 10 laps

all that should take about an hour. Maybe a bit over.
