Swimming

Are there any special techniques or endurance excersises to improve swimming, can anyone let me know, thanks.

forget it if you carry any muscle and have low body fat you just sink like a brick

well having been to a number of swim meets were people are well over six feet and buff (i.e. breaststroke sprinters) they don't sink at all.

yeh weak fat people make the best swimmers..

i think swimming is the best way to improve ur swimmng really, theres alot of technique to it, making sure ur putting asmuch of ur strength into the stroke as u can and not waisting energy and making yourself as streamline as possible etc, its not like running or something where the technique is fairly obvious

as with anything, doing it will help you improve in it.

critique your own technique or if you know a good swimmer or someone that is willing to just watch you for a few lengths and point out what you need to correct here and there will help you alot.
