If so , with wich should i start , how many suicides should i do , burpees or sprints ?
Hope someone can help me out.

You picked three good exercises. Make a guess, think of what will make you tired. Then do it. When you get tired keep doing it. Next time you do it, do it faster. Or do more of it.

The routine you listed looks tough. I wouldn't do that more than twice a week.
Whether something is overtraining is determined by how you feel afterwards. Can you continue with your training? Can you stay consistent with progress?
I'm giving you a lot of "figure it out for yourself" type answers. Oh well

After these kind of training , i could still do a workout , i have AdHD ( in america you call it attention-deficit disorder with hyperactivity i believe ) i dont know if that has something to do with it , but my conditioning is insane and i can push myself very far maybe to far.
thanks for responding.

lol 10 min of suicides.....then all the rest.....yea I don't think that is a great idea. There is a big difference between useful conditioning and running yourself into the ground. Ever hear of training smarter not harder? Why not do interval sprints. Ex. Sprint for 30 seconds and then walk for 60 seconds. Repeat for 6 rounds. Then do 4 rounds of 60 second sprints with 1:30 walking. This is what we did on sprint days in the ARMY. You can warm up with burpees if you like. Just my .02

balls to the wall. In the last 4 rounds of 60 sec sprints you probably wont be at a full sprint and that is fine. As long as you move at a constant hard pace you are doing good work. You don't want to change speeds. If you have to dial it down a bit to maintain a constant speed for 30-60 seconds than do so.
We really had a great conditioning program. We did sprints, hill sprints, 1-2 mile runs with 17 pounds of body armor, 2 mile max effort runs and 4-5 mile slow pace runs. We got used to pushing very hard for 15-20 minutes fairly quickly. The long slow 5 mile (around 45min) runs were to build cardio and also to clean out all of the built up crap in your body. Long slow runs clean out your muscles and joints while giving your body a long slow burn. IT is awesome.

depends on what hes conditioning for though, if its for MMA he would would want to do about the same amount of work as active rest.

Honestly I would take each of those workouts and only do one a day. That way everyday is a change and you won't get bored.
Find a football field and do "Green Bay's"(or whatever you call them) It's 10-100yrd sprints, 8-80yrd sprints, 6-60yrd sprints, 4-40yrd sprints, 2-20yrd sprints, and a 10yrd sprint. The 100's are done at about 80% and the 80's are done at about 90%. The rest at 100%.
Or if you want to run on a track do UCLA's. Sprint 50m, walk back 25m. continue that until you get back to the starting line. Each lap is 1 UCLA. Try two and see where you're at, but strive for four. All sprints are done at 100%.
