Stupid question about cutting weight

If you're trying to dehydrate yourself to get rid of the water weight… would it be a bad idea to take a shower?

I had heard the same thing he is talking about. Some one told me that the water can enter your skin cells through osmosis and re-hydrate you. Is this a bunch of BS?

Yes bunch of bullshit it is indeed. I won't even explain why because I would have to laugh after every word I write, but if there's interest I can break my beloved tea pott so that my laughter could stop for a minute and write an explanation if nobody else comes up with one.

I actually gave this question some thought...and from personal experience and knowledge i guesstimate that a hot shower can further DE-hydrate you instead of rehydrate.....

The answer is no...

The water will not be absorbed by your body...

Feel free to get in a whirlpool during the cutting process...

A trial run or two of just like 4 or 5 pounds will teach you everything you need to know about cutting. In my opinion, it's not as complex as some people might make it out to be. It's a hard process, but not really all that complex...
