Stretching for BJJ

Anyone know of any good online resources for this? I've been reading over some of Eddie Bravo's stretch routines. Some of it looks good but I know some people are skeptical. Anyone here got some good material in this area (please don't say gimnastica natural again - I am already looking into it).

Have you read any of the NASM books? They have a huge section on stretching...check em out...

I bend my arms to the mat and do yoga before.warm ups are as big as pratice in a tournament.

I've never actually given that book a read. But it must be pretty good considering I remember seeing ads for it in black belt magazine in the early 90's.

I have the book + DVD. Buy the book, and save your money and DON'T buy the dvd.
