stretching

Hi,
Not sure what forum this should of went under,so I put it here. Where can I find a place to show some good stretching techniques(esepcially for kickboxing). I like to get more height and flexability to my legs. Right now my problem area is my groin area as I can stretch all day and it still doesn't feel right. I can move my legs and feels like my joints are popin.
