Strength / Conditioning coaches London?

Hey Guys,

I live in London and I'm on the look out for a good trength and conditioning coach. I can't afford to spend a fortune as I'm already paying out the nose for my MMA gym and their one on one session are far too expensive for me.

Does anyone know of a good strength and conditioning coach or company that could work with me outside the gym for a reasonable price? I would be happy to work out at home or in a one of the parks or something ad I have some of my own equiptment, I just need someone who knows what they are talking about to push me and keep me motivated, prefferably with a nutritional plan too.

Anyone with any recomendationd would be useful!

Cheers guys!

There's a Crossfit London which is well regarded. I know, I know... but it's a damn sight better than LA Fitness. The training situation in this country is pretty pathetic. CF London is the only place I know of in the UK that teaches Oly lifting.

So you basically want someone to rip you off?
Really, there`s very few really qualified strenght and conditioning coaches out there - EZA for example. Most others will do more harm than good. Whether they call themselves personal trainers or s&c coaches the fact remains that most are unqualified and next to none of them have experience in MMA.

What you should really do is travel to the US to train with EZA. Failing that I`d suggest you read, experiment, learn and come up with a plan for yourself. Start from the Faqs in the training forums, ask questions and so on - also, go to 8weeksout.com. Pm if you want to know where to find more info.

In any case if I can suggest something is to keep it simple and stick to what works for you.
