this is strange
I know there isn't spot reducing for fat, but this is like the reverse. I'm getting select areas that gain fat rapidly and others that are losing. It's weird, as of lately my cardio has been better than ever and i've been doing more and more and more of it and diet has remained the same. For some reason, looking in the mirror, i started noticing that my arms and face were losing a good deal of the fat i have managed to put on this summer. My jawline is back and all. My cheekbones are visible again, but my belly has gotten fatter. I had a 4 pack, lost it, then i had a 2 pack (which is when i started taking my cardio to a new level) and now i have a 1 pack (just a gut). I don't get it, my upper body seem to have the fat melting off, but my stomach is growing larger and it definitely isn't my huge abs, its fat. I run probably close to 8 miles every other day on the roads around my community (i have these set routes i take) and i run my sprints in this open field for half an hour, and on the days i lift (every other day is a cardio day, and the days in between are lift days, and weekend rest. M-W-F cardio, T-TH lift) and on the days i lift i still get up at 6 am and get a good 3 mile jog in. I have an apple and a protein shake in the morning (w/ omega 3-6-9 pill, and multi) then a bottle of water, veggies(broccili/okra & tomatoes) and a banana for lunch 1, more veggies(broccili/kidney beans) and a tuna sandwich on whole wheat bread for lunch 2, and a fruit cup of peaches and a salad w/ mushrooms and no dressing for dinner, and a casein protein shake right before bed. Whey shake PWO on lift days. Tons of water in between and after running or lifting. Idk why my stomach is growing at all. Am i doing something wrong? Anyone know why my upper body is melting fat and my stomach is acting like a fat magnet? Thanks for any help at all.
