Stomache pain after circuit training

Hey guys, i just started doing some circui trainging to help with cardio and conditioning. Well problem is that whenever i finsiehed the seesion (which usually runs about 40 mins)i have intense stomach pains. It feels like gas pains, but i can also feel some acid in the bottom of my stomach. Whenever i fart or burp i feel a little better, but i dont know why cardio is making me gassy...

Does this happen to anyone else, or do i have abnormal issue with my stomach?

you say you just started, so there is a great chance your body will adapt and fix itself.

if it lasts more than a few weeks i'd investigate it deeper.

how often are you shitting? do you get enough fiber? 35-40g a day? metamucil is a fiber supplement that is made from psyllium husks and it owns.

i'd say, give it time, up the fiber, and drink a gallon and a half of water a day and you might just fix it through good habits.

Thanks for the responses guys. Heres the lowdown:

I eat a natural PB&J on wheat about an hour before my muay thai class that rusn form 6:30-7:30 at 7:30 sub wrestling starts and ill do that 50% of the time. Finally at 8:30 conditioning begins. i sweat a lot throughout all the classes, but i bring a half gallon of water to my training and its usually gone by the end of the night. i usually dont have a problem shitting, id say 1-3 times a day. i feel like ive always had stomache issues, my girlfriend tells me that im always complainging about my stomache, but i dont notice. hopefulyl my buddy adjusts becuz this is kinda wierd.

Try not doing abs during your circuit but do them in supersets when your done. My stomach used to hurt during my circuits too. When I did abs after my circuit I felt alot better.

I would try to stick with it for a little while and just see if your body adapts. If not try my approach

You might want to get some advice from a doctor. I don't think to many people on the board are certified to give that info.
