stomach

I'm trying to get my stomach ripped as fuck, but I feel like these pussy situps & crunches arent doing the trick...body fat is definitely not an issue for me. I already have a 6pack, I just want to really build the muscles alot and so that it'll stick out and be more visable. I'd appreciate any suggestions without the use of a gym & machines.

Try cleaning up your diet, doing more cardio or focusing on something important, this isn't a bodybuilding forum

I don't know who you dweebs think you are, but I had a legitimate question about my ABS that I was curious about. Obviously I'm not extremely knowledgeable on the subject, and was just seeking any good advice/tips with stuff I could do at home. Keep your useless bullshit off my thread if you don't have anything helpful to add.

This is not a body building forum. You will get no sympathy or real help from anyone here on this topic. Having ripped abs doesn't make you a good fighter. This is an MMA forum and this specific section of the forum is dedicated to Conditioning for MMA. Check out a body building forum for answers to your problem. Sorry, but threads on this subject are made all the time, infact there is one about two lines down from this thread at this very moment.

if you want to get your stomach ripped, eat as much dehydrated food as you can stuff down your throat, then pound water, gallons of it. theoretically that should give you a ripped stomach.
