Starting up again with a different routine.
Hi, I've taken a pretty hard break from training for about 6 months. I'm starting up again and I'm trying to get my cardio up. I'm doing 10 burpees a minute for 5 minutes, only resting during whatever time I have left in the minue after performing all 10 burpees. I'm trying to work my way up to 10 minutes and 100 burpees. Is this a good diea or is this more harm than good?
