Sprinting vs running

Most people will tell you both, but it's important in either method to keep an eye on progressing.

Sprinting by itself is incomplete to me. To many people take it too easy in between sprints. IMO, some exercise (bodyweight exercises, swings, overhead squats, burpees, whatever) in between sprints for max reps during a "rest period" is more applicable than simply sprinting then jogging.
