Sore lungs!!

Did over 90 minutes of judo sparring (randori) the other night where I fought as hard as I ever have and was so spent at the end of it that I could barely move.

Then, a few times since then Ive been really pushing it doing my own sprint training with as much aerobic exercise as possible.

My lungs feel actually sore from the exersion!! Big deep breaths in feel almost tight under my upper rib cage and yawning and the like is tight.

Anyone ever have this, feels kinda cool actually, its a sign I really pushed myself to the limit!!

Yeah, I got that when I first started muay thai. Then I got it again when I started bjj. I've never felt it before in my life, it's pretty cool for sure.

Are you familiar with proper breathing technique? You should be breathing with your stomach. If you breathe with your chest you can cause the intercostal muscles to get sore.
