Sore joints

I would just like to know if after a training session I have sore joints (mainly wrists and knuckles), should I try to keep them warm or on the contrary apply ice or something.

Thank you!

What kind of soreness? What kind of training?

Typically joint pain is bad. If you feel like you've injured yourself you probably want to ice the injury immediately to reduce swelling. After ~72 hours you can start using heat/mobility to get things healing.

If it's just some soreness then take a week off and see if it comes back.

This is what I take twice a day. It certainly seemed to help after a week and a half of doing it consistently.

I have the knees of a 60 year old man and I'm in my 20's, but Glucosamine with Chondroitin is like a miracle drug for me.

Sore muscles keep training, sore joints ice/ibuprofen/fish oil and take some time off. Don't waste your money on "joint formulas" you can buy at stores like Wal-Mart. They are crap... some chiros or MDs have some pretty potent stuff though if you find a reliable one.
