You are starting late man,

overtraining is when you train balls-to-the-wall day after day without a proper ammount of time off, I go 6 days a week 2 workouts a day and take sundays off. Since you're starting late I would say to train everyday until a week out, then start to taper, and then do very very light work/ streching for the 72 hours before the tournament. But thats my own personal preferance

Overtraining is completely individual and is based on alot of factors like intensity, workload, rest time, nutrition etc. It is a hard state to acheive for most people but i think it is safe to assume you shouldn't be able to overtraing yourself in 4 weeks. I would get at it if i were you

That's funny...I'm expecting to have a judo competition on the same day.
Although I always keep myself in as good of shape as possible, when you know something is coming you have to step it up for the rigors of battle!
I'd say mix up pre-fatigued sparring and pre-fatigued from sparring conditioning.
I'm a huge fan of drills that mix up sport-specifics with conditioning work.

Conditioning should be a all-year-long thing

Get to it and good luck, you shouldn't overtrain in four weeks.
