Sonny: Sticky on Tapering

Sonny, there's a guy in the standup forum asking about tapering. What are the chances of getting a sticky for this? We could post links and what has worked well for individuals in the past.

I posted a link once in a previous ID I was pretty proud of for just this kind of thing. I'll try to go find it.

Links I've posted before. Running-based, but useful:

Here's an example of the kind of considered, reasoned, science-based posting that rushes in to fill the vacuum in the absence of such a sticky:

You want it stickied in the standup forum or here in Conditioning?

I don't want THIS one stickied, per se. Just A sticky. The above were just some links that might get us started.

Personally, I am but a lowly white belt, but I think it should be in the Conditioning Forum. BJJ/grapplers have as much use for a good taper as do stand-up guys.

Ok. Compile everything into one post and I will sticky it. It will remain open for further discussion. Sound good?
