Some advice wanted
I have been training with weights and cardio and plyo's for about 7 year now and I know quite a bit about it but I just started a new routine combining weights with cardio.. I recently took 12 weeks off of weights and did strictly cardio 5 times per week(just to change it up a bit)
The new routine I am doing is as follows. Any input would be appreciated.. Keep in mind all the sets are superseted with no rest between them.
-20-30 min cardio elyptical or treadmill
- 12 deep squats
- 12 reps bench press
- 12 reps incline press
- 12 reps lat pull downs
- 12 reps barbell rows
- 12 reps leg curls
- 12 reps leg extestions
- 12 rep stiff leg dead lifts
- 12 reps military press
- 12 side raises
- 16 reps dumbell curls
-16 rep hammer curls
- 16 reps trycep pull downs
- 16 rep trycep puch downs.
- 4 set calf raises 25
I repeat this circuit 3 times (not the cardio) and as you can tell I am not trying to build muscle, I am just going for all around fitness with muscle endurence. Any suggestions?
Oh ya I do this three times per week, on a fourth day I do a 45 min session of cardio
