Skipping

Just how good is skipping for cardio then and how long/much would you recommend me skipping per day to improve my cardio respiratory endurance.

I like to work that on ME hula hoop days..


Just skip or bound for a warmup or jump rope. I don't think I'm manly enought to skip miles around town. Not sure why you'd want to.

skipping is another name for jumprope.

Yes it is good for cardio. Skip in rounds 3 mins on 1 mins rest.
