Side effects from Exercise?
is it true that after you train, your body goes on a weak pace that can result in being vulnurable to sickness?

I don't know what you mean about "weak pace", but one symptom of over training is that your body is more vulnerable to sickness. Just normal working out doesn't compromise your immune system anymore than anything else, but when you start to really step it up and push yourself for a competition or you're trying to peak out, the chances of getting sick and getting sidetracked because of it become greater.

Here it goes; there is something called the "j" curve. The J Curve is the curve which illustrates the ammount of physical activity/exercise and it's relation to likelihood of becoming ill. Basically, the more sedentary you are, the more likely you are to become sick. So up to a point, exercise will decrease the likelihood of becoming sick, essentially, it may boost your immune system. After a point, let's call that point overtraining, however, it becomes increasingly likely that you will become sick, and the more you exercise beyond that point, the more likely it is you will become ill.

side effects to general exercise, not overtraining include;
-being stronger
-being generally more fit
-athleticism
-being more attractive to whichever sex it is you want to be attracted to you
-getting laid
-being intimidating
-not having to jerk off so much cuz that hot chick you met at the gym now comes home with you after your workout to help you shower because she knows you have trouble scrubbing your back right after you finish your workout.

Hey Dan, what are you taking in school? I'm guessing kinesiology, or something related.

+1 for Dan's contributions.
Most common side effects of exercise include but are not limited to:
- Larger genitals
- An abundance of snow-cones
