Sick.....Still work out??

So I have a bit of a cold, or allergies... well I 'm not too sure.

Think it's more of a head cold because when I tried to sleep last night I was hallucinating and that happens only when I get sick.


So...............


Runny nose, little cough, light headed, sneezy.



I don't know if I feel worse from the cold or not working out for a day and a half.



Rest or treadmill....?

They've found out that exercise can provide temporary relief for a cold.

I wouldnt want someone in the gym getting me sick. Stay the fuck at home till you get better.

agreed. id just do some burpees or hit the treadmil at home, i feel it shortens the cold, then get a lot of sleep

You CAN train with a cold...NOT with the flu.

Having said that..us healthly people would prefer that you stay away from the public gym until you are no longer contagious.

I've had colds and still went to workout and every time i left the gym i felt a lil relief
