shoulder injury

A few years ago I injured my shoulder during wrestling training, the doc and the physio didn't find anything major that was wrong with it. But I get some pain from time to time, and 2nite while i was reading another post, I came to realise that my shoulders sit differently the eachother has anyone ever experienced this?

I tore up my shoulder a few years ago and as a result my left shoulder is a little lower than my right. I never really experience pain with it but a few times after doing heavy deadlifts it felt like it was going to dislocate.

Occasionally I will position my arm in such a way that it will produce a deep clicking sound in my shoulder. It happens every time I get into a front squat position. Again it's not painful it's just very disconcerting so I do zerchers instead.

If the pain persists, maybe you should get a second opinion.

Sounds like you may have suffered a shoulder separation. I had a 2nd or 3rd degree separation a couple years a go and its still bugs me. I can do pretty much anything without major pain but pushups. If I relax both shoulders my left sits a lot lower and my collar bone pokes out. Not much to do except work out a lot and keep the shoulder active. Ice that sucker when its swollen. I thinks that's about all you can do. Your injury is probably a lot more minor though.

See a good massage therapist, to look at all the muscles that are acting on your shoulder, as they may be knotted up which will greatly ROM, pain levels etc
