Shoulder conditioning for boxing?

Hey guys,
I've got a fight coming up in October, and I've started training a lot more in boxing.
Here is my question: I've had shoulder injuries from wrestling since I was 18, so they are disproportionately weak. I find the hardest part of boxing is keeping my guard up, and working jabs, because my shoulders get fatigued quickly. Does anyone have any suggestions of how to train shoulders specifically for boxing?
Any help would be appreciated.
