Should I eat after tabata training?

Is it necessary?

I already ate tons today and just ate not too long ago.

Is there a need for me to eat after?

And should I be doing tabata sprints after a leg and core day. I'm not feeling too sore, but its still pretty sore.

P.S. I'm planning to do around three or two sessions depend on your answers.

that would be the same thinking as 'well, I don't lift weights for long, I can't see the body breaking down much'

Your digging into the anaerobic energy system and using fast twitch fibres, have a think
