Shin conditioning ???

Just wondering guys, Does anyone have any special little tricks for conditioning the shins?? I know that you need to build on it and check kicks to get used to it.. etc. but i was just wondering if anyone had any tricks?? like i have been told about the coke bottle on the shins, or the rolling pin down the shins.. Just wondering, thats all.

By hitting the thai pads and sand bag your shins will get stronger you dont have to do any of that bottle shit.

Well....we all need to start somewhere. Forget the Coke Botttle. Drop some coin on a nice Full size bag that rhymes with Fairtex.....Kick the ass outa it! the bag will compact as will your shins. Be sure to use proper form and kick with fury the pain will fade.
