Shaun T's Insanity Workout

Has anyone tried these dvds? Looks pretty intense, gonna search for them online and give it a shot. My only concern is i don't need to lose weight, just wanna get a little more ripped and get the CRAZY cardio. A guy i train with has been doing these exercises and said he yacked the first day.

Meh, looks a bit gay.

Although 51 seconds in for a couple of seconds has my seal of approval.

Burning a bit of fat doesn't constitute a 'body transformation' to most people who consider training a big part of their life.

I love how all of these DVDs lately are selling the "revolutionary" idea of working major muscle groups at high intensity.

I mean, it's certainly better than Sweating to the Oldies, but still...how much credit does someone deserve for coming up with the exercise program of "work out really hard"?

qft. This looks like a product for macho neurotics who think Crossfit has too much specificity. It's amazing how people will always opt to destroy themselves with pointless, agonising toil rather than take a few hours to learn basic training principles and programming.
