Well your not going to be able to gain any significant muscle endurance with only 1 week of training. For sets the more the better, your main target is to push the limit of reps that your body can do at that weight. when i do muscle endurance i try every set till failure with relativly long rest periods between sets. Try drop sets aswell their brutal for endurance
