Icon5 Scheduling training and other training questions

right now i dont have a job bc i took a break so i have a lot of time so i can train mma this summer and i train 4 times a week on striking and grappling from 6-9 monday through Thursday n its a hard conditioning workout. i also go to the gym 3 times a week during the day Monday Wednesday Friday doing chest tris, back bis, and shoulder legs.i usually rest friday saturday and sunday n just chill wit friends n stuff. but i was wondering wat else should i do during the week days and weekends to get an extra edge for excelling in mma. i dont want to over train so wat should i watch out for. and should i switch my lifting routine to another program. just a fyi im also a college wrestler in the fall if that comes into play and i have thai pads and focus mitts for home use.

thanks for the future info

Forget that. Do Deadlifts/Pullups/OHP one day and Squat/Bench/Rows on the other. Do a few heay, low reps sets and spend the rest of your time doing mma. If you don`t have a job there`s no reason why you shouldn`t do at least twice as much mma as you do now - unless your mma training involves alot of conditioning, but I guess you could skip that sometimes.
