Sauna suit question

I was wondering, besides maybe dehydration what other uses does a saun suit have? I'm trying to bring my body fat % down (to be honest I Don't know what it is right now.) So, I'm thinking of running with a sauna suit when I run in the mornings. Will this help me reach my goal(s) ?

Well, running everyday will help you reach your goals but adding in the sauna suit won't make a difference. You may lose some extra weight but it will be water weight and you will gain it back when you drink water after your workout. If you want to lower your bf % you just need to work hard and eat better.

To answer your first question, dehydration is the only use for a sauna suit, as far as I know.

That's it to a T, train hard, train smart and eat properly

That's actually proven to be the best time to wear one.

What do you mean when you say you were going to ask a question?

If you are trying to lose weight to weigh in in less than two hours, running outside in 100 degree weather is no worse than running on a treadmill in a sauna.

Other than that, there is no reason to wear a sauna suit to run. (or to wear a sauna suit in general)
