Running vs. mixing it up
I use to just run for cardio for 30 minutes, and it worked pretty well. However I've been reading that part of what is making a certain exercise easier is part conditioning, but also part of your body becoming more economical.
My question is, would it be better to run, or should I mix it up so like Day 1 is running, Day 2 I bike, and Day 3 I swim (all with equal intensity BPM, so it's not like I run for 3 miles and bike for 3 miles as well).
