Never knew there was such a science to running shoes, I just went into a local sports store and picked up a pair of Adidas's, never had any problems with them, had them for 2 years now? So I'm lookin to get a new pair as well soon. Probably take all you're advice and head into a running oriented store and get fitted.

I love the running shoes that I buy from a good running specialty store. As a distance track and XC runner, my first pairs, never really made me feel comfortable. One was bought at a discount store, and the other at a general sporting goods store. The next pair was from a good running store, and they fit, worked for me, and made me run better. I always go to the same store, and now by the same shoe, and it is because they work for me. That is what everyone must do is find what works for them. My shoe is the Brooks Radius.

They did me ok, but they fall apart in about 6 months with running

i used to wear these nike 5.0 but both pairs ripped and fell apart after 2-3 months of use.

now i use the 8 dollar starbury rapist running sneakers
