Running Drills

Does anybody know of any good running drills to increase your conditioning?

FAQ should help but so would knowing the area of conditioning you need to work on specifically

Sprint for 30 secs (i do on bike) atleast 12 times a week. (4 x 3 days)

Ive seen nice results in just two weeks.

I've strained my groin from 2 sets of them over 2 weeks. Last time I did them, I was wheezing 10 minutes later

did it this morning. an oxygen tank will help later.

how about sets of 800m sprints, followed by wind sprints. background music: Eminem's "Til I Collapse"

I'll have to give that a shot once it gets warmer out.

One of my favorites is sprinting hills. There was a nice, steep 100 meter one near my college that I'd always sprint up. I always sprinted that sucker at the end of a 3 mile run and over time, as my runs became faster and the hill became easier, my stamina skyrocketed. It also sheds calories like nothing.
