Running
First off, I do not want to sound like I have a fight coming up becasue I do not. About running. Should one run distance to lose weight and then sprints after you hit your weight goal? I am not pro fighter , but I just like excercising. Right now what I am doing is 2 running workouts a week, along with 2 or 3 MMA classes and 5 lifting workouts (along with college). My running workouts go: run a mile (sometimes timed), 10 small hills, then 10-12 sprints (range from 40- 150m) then some plyometrics, agility drills and sand jumping somewhere. Can any answer my first question or give any good running workout plans.
