true, but in an athletes point of view, someone who burns 2000 calories a day like that is likely a tiny female athlete that may 105 lbs, in which case, 100g protein would be acceptable

The TS isnt a athlete though he just an average guy doing some cardio and BJJ not training hardcore. So i doubt he needs a 60% carb diet. Sure if your a hard training athelete that split might be required but the TS wudnt be here looking for advice if he was.

lol thats about it, if I was that hardcore of an athlete my cardio wouldnt be in question like this.

yeah, I would definitely recommend a diet that is pretty high in fat and protein, lower in carbs, and restricting carb sources to mainly vegetables, some fruit....i dunno how anyone could compete at an intense level without crashing when their diet consists of 60% carbs

Exactly your like 99% of us here just looking to improve urself. I reckon read up Eza article and get yourself a heartrate monitor my cardio improved alot after reading Eza articles and doing cardio in the hr range needed. Diet wise berdi 7 habits are a good start and finding stuff off ppl like longer vedic and mikemartial all have v good advice.
